We have a 14-day return period, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to apply for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

 

Exceptions / Non-refundable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

Refunds
